1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DistilleryHub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can use DistilleryHub

DistilleryHub is intended for working professionals in the distillery, ethanol, and laboratory industry, aged 18 or older. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person. Impersonating another person or organization is not allowed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in spam/abuse, or are reported and confirmed to be harmful to other members.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, articles, job listings, messages, photos, voice notes).
By posting, you grant DistilleryHub a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so other members can see it as intended (e.g., your posts in the Feed, your messages to the people you send them to).
You're solely responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing on others' rights, or that violates applicable law.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, based on our own review or member reports.

5. Job listings & marketplace

Job posts, market listings, and similar content are provided by members, not verified by DistilleryHub. We are not a party to any employment or sale arrangement made through the platform and are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of members involved.

6. Calling & messaging

Voice and video calls connect directly between members' devices. Call quality depends on each participant's network and device — we don't guarantee call reliability, especially for group calls with several participants.

7. Prohibited conduct

Spamming, scraping, or automating access to the platform without permission.
Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other members.
Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the platform's security.
Using the platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

DistilleryHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including business decisions, employment outcomes, or transactions made based on content found here.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
